Who I am

The Lawyer Filippo Fontana has graduated with a thesis on international law and has been enrolled since 2000 at the Bar of Modena. In the same year he opened his Law Firm in Sassuolo, specializing in commercial law. Since 2015 he is a member of the Supreme Court. He is also member of the Register of the Court of Modena for sale in real estate executions.

Drafting of all types of contract, from the most common ones (for example, lease and lease agreement for uses other than residential, usufruct, gratuitous loan fro use) to those more strictly commercial (for example, lease of firm, contract works, sale of trademarks and patents, purchase / sale of company shares), the agency agreements, up to contract employment, either self-employment, and to regulate professional and amateur sports activities. Industrial property and software protection

Drafting of intellectual and industrial property transfer contracts on trademarks and patents, protection of the software, protection of source code, as well as the power to set up rules for marketplaces and websites and to draw up the privacy information ex Legislative Decree 196 / 2003 with each related activity.

Recovering credits at national and international level

Recovering credits both nationally and internationally, using foreign correspondents but also using the instrument of the European injunctive decree in accordance with the Regulation EC no. 1896/2006

Corporate insolvency

The Law Firm follows all the judicial phases of the bankruptcy and the insolvency proceedings, both as in the active side and to reject the other claims, as well as any other matters relating to bankruptcy law, starting from the claims filed in the proceeding.
